Project Overview:
KEOM Protocol is a cutting-edge crypto lending market platform, providing users with decentralized finance solutions. As the Senior Product Designer, I led the design and development of the platform's user experience, including data monitoring, comprehensive user testing, and branding. I designed the lending market dApp, conceptualized various financial products, and developed the landing page using Webflow. Additionally, I performed competitor analysis via platforms like DefiLlama and Coinmarketcap. Working in an Agile environment, I led a team of junior designers and collaborated closely with Product Managers, developers, and the marketing team.
Project Objectives:
Design a user-friendly interface for KEOM Protocol’s crypto lending market platform.
Create and refine the platform through data monitoring, A/B tests, user surveys, and usability tests.
Develop a visually appealing and functional landing page using Webflow.
Design conceptual products such as a margin trading platform, AI-based leveraged market platform, and real-world asset market.
Build the brand identity and design system for KEOM Protocol, ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints.

Data Monitoring & User Testing:
I performed comprehensive data analysis using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics, alongside A/B tests, user surveys, and usability tests. This allowed us to refine the platform based on real user behavior and feedback, enhancing the overall user experience.No-Code Development & Landing Page Design:
The landing page was designed and developed in Webflow using no-code tools, ensuring rapid deployment with high visual quality. I incorporated responsive design, making the page accessible across all devices.Lending Market dApp & Conceptual Product Designs:
I designed the core lending market dApp, alongside various conceptual products such as a margin trading product and AI-based leveraged market platform. Each product was aligned with the KEOM Protocol brand, offering innovative solutions for users.Competitor Analysis:
